Policy Innovation and Co-ordination Office (PICO) is calling for proposals for Strategic Public Policy (SPPR) Funding Scheme 2020-21.

(d) Innovation and Technology / Artificial Intelligence / Re-Industrialization
(e) Alternative Procurement Models for Major Infrastructure Projects
(f) Developing Green Finance in Hong Kong
(g) City Branding Strategy for Hong Kong
(h) Consolidating Hong Kong’s Position as an International Logistics Hub
(i) Transitional Housing
(j) Children, Youth and Family Development
(k) Ageing Population
(l) Healthcare System Innovation
(m) Manpower Supply and Development

Project Duration
3 to 5 years

Funding Limit
Ranging from HK$3 million to HK$5 million

Eligibility
Full-time academic staff teaching undergraduate or above programmes is eligible to apply.

Quota
The maximum number of PPR/SPPR projects that a PI can hold concurrently is TWO normally.
