Call for Proposals – Health Data Collaboration Projects 2022 and Online Health Data Exploration Workshop by HADCL
The Hospital Authority Data Collaboration Laboratory (HADCL) is now inviting applications for Health Data Collaboration Projects 2022 and enrolment for Online Health Data Exploration Workshop.
HADCL is formally launched in December 2019 as new alternative channel for more flexible and interactive data sharing in HA, which provides a secured collaboration platform between HA and external parties for deeper data analysis within a controlled environment for conducting health data collaboration projects. With de-identified health data of more than 25 years, AI and Machine Learning Platform, and data domain experts, HADCL will be able to support researchers for their interested big data / AI research topics. Details of the data and tools available in HADCL are listed out in the Data Catalogue and the Technical and Platform Information pages.
Researchers from UGC-funded universities in Hong Kong are welcome to submit applications to access HADCL for conducting health data collaboration projects.
Interested applicants please refer to the project application page and submit the application via the HADCL online system. Please note that Ethics approval and Support from Organization are mandatory requirements of HADCL application submission.
All faculty/staff members who are going to apply for the collaboration projects should complete and submit the Online Research Project Submission Approval Form (ORPA) (with Tick@lab application initiated) before 8 December 2021. Upon receipt of the duly completed ORPA Form, RO will proceed to arrange the institutional supporting letter.
8 December 2021 (Internal deadline)
15 December 2021 (HADCL’s deadline)
