Shaw Auditorium 5th Anniversary Celebration Gala 逸夫演藝中心五週年慶典匯演

The year 2026 marks the 5th anniversary of the Shaw Auditorium. Over the past five years, the Shaw Auditorium has served as a landmark for diverse and dynamic events, ranging from cultural and artistic performances to significant university-wide activities. Among these occasions, student performances have consistently stood out as memorable highlights. By providing a platform for diverse student societies to showcase their talents, the Auditorium has cultivated a spirit of collaboration and fosterd the cultural development of our university community.

To celebrate this milestone, the Shaw Auditorium Unit presents the “Shaw Auditorium 5th Anniversary Celebration Gala” bringing together the vibrant talents of our HKUST community. The Gala features the student societies under the HKUST Student Union, including Chinese Orchestra, Dance Society, Rope Skipping Club, University Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as department associated groups,  Particles (Science Student Music Band) and Tunatics A Cappella. Each group bring its own unique energy and creativity to the stage.

The evening will conclude with a finale performance featuring a medley from 2024-2026 HKUST Community Musicals, revisiting cherished moments from past productions and bringing the Gala to a vivid and memorable close.

Join us for a joyful evening as we honor the past, showcase the present, and look ahead to an inspiring future.

 

2026年是逸夫演藝中心成立五週年的重要里程碑。過去五年來，逸夫演藝中心作為校園的重要地標，一直承載著多元化的精彩活動，涵蓋文化藝術表演與大學的各項重要盛事。當中，學生演出一直是令人難忘的部分。逸夫演藝中心透過為不同學生社團提供展示才華的舞台，培養合作精神，並推動科大社群的文化發展。

為慶祝這個重要時刻，逸夫演藝中心特別呈獻「逸夫演藝中心五週年慶典匯演」，匯聚科大社群的活力與卓越才華。節目將由多個學生社團傾力演出，包括香港科技大學學生會屬下的中樂團、舞蹈學會、跳繩學會及管弦樂團，以及學院相關團體 Particles（理學院學生樂隊）及吞拿魚清唱團。各個團體將為演出注入獨特的活力與創意 。

晚會壓軸環節將帶來 2024–2026 年科大音樂劇精選組曲，重溫過往三年演出的經典片段，為匯演畫上歡樂而難忘的句號。

REMARKS  備註

• Free admission. 
  免費入場。
• Online registration is required. 
  參與活動必須先網上登記。

• Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the showtime. 
  請於演出15分鐘前抵達場地。
• Children under the age of 6 will not be admitted.
  6歲以下小童恕不招待。
• The performance will run for approximately 2 hours with a 10-minute intermission.  
  演出約2小時，設有10分鐘中場休息。

 

ADMISSION RULES 入場守則

• Free-seating arrangement is adopted on a first-come-first-served basis. 
  不設劃位，先到先得。
• No food or drinks are allowed. 
  嚴禁飲食。
• Unauthorized photo-taking, audio and video recording are strictly prohibited. 
  未經許可，嚴禁攝影、錄音或錄影。

• Late-comers will be admitted only if there is a suitable break in the performance. 
  遲到者需按工作人員指示在合適時間下方可進場。
• The registered quota will be released to walk-ins if not claimed 15 minutes after the show begins.
  已登記的名額如於開場後 15 分鐘仍未入座，將開放予現場輪候觀眾。
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, performers and seating arrangement. In case of dispute, the decision of the organizer shall be final. 
  主辦單位保留更改節目、演出者及座位安排的權利。如有任何爭議，主辦單位保留最終決定權。
