Energizing | Power Vinyasa Flow with Meditation
Wednesday 3 May (1:00-1:40pm) | LG4204 (Lift 6)
Characterized by flowing poses and sequences linked to the breath, this dynamic and vigorous form of yoga takes a more athletic approach to build strength and flexibility. Anticipate a short sweet and sweaty practice with options given to everyone, complete with guided meditation for grounding into the present moment.
Relaxing | Gentle Hatha Flow with Yoga Nidra
Thursday 4 May (1:00-1:40pm) | LG1027 (Lift 4)
Aiming to balance the mind and body, this gentle hatha yoga class will introduce basic postures combined with breathing techniques in a slower pace, then wrap up with Yoga Nidra (yogic conscious deep sleep) for inner connection and deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience, including complete beginners.

Should the session you are interested in becomes full, please consider stand by at the door (no-show untaken spots shall be released 5 minutes after the session starts).
Both sessions will be conducted in English, supplemented with Cantonese.
About the instructor - Certified yoga teacher and stretching instructor Michelle Chow has been practicing yoga since 2003, obtained her first 200-hour yoga teacher training since 2014, with further teacher trainings and continuous education in Hatha, Hot, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. She is also a HKUST staff member of SENG Communications & External Affairs team.
