Your Backyard Your Lens – HKUST Biodiversity Photo Competition Exhibition & Voting

We are thrilled to share that the HKUST community submitted 239 photos, showcasing personal connections to our campus biodiversity!

A diverse judging panel has chosen 30 outstanding photos. You can view these photos in the video linked here or visit the physical exhibition near the ground floor entrance of the library, featuring their captions. The exhibition runs from March 24th (afternoon) to April 2nd (afternoon).

Now it’s your turn to vote for your favorites! To cast your vote, you can scan the QR code on the poster below or at the exhibition, or you can click  Voting Link. Online voting will be open only during the exhibition period until April 2nd (11:59pm)! 

By participating in the vote only, you can enter a lucky draw for postcards featuring the shortlisted photos. Additionally, if you visit the exhibition and provide proof, you could have a chance to win a biodiversity-themed water bottle!

Note: Each individual can vote once only, and only votes submitted using a valid ITSO email address will be counted.
