Winter Service Learning Trip Organizing Committee

Want to make a greater impact and help shape a meaningful service learning experience?

As a member of the Student Organizing Committee (OC), you will work closely with fellow students to design, plan, and deliver a service learning trip. With training and guidance from trip advisors, you will take on a leadership role in creating an enriching learning experience for both participants and local communities.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesDescription

• Lead and facilitate sub-team meetings, pre-trip workshops, and activities that promote participant engagement, teamwork, and meaningful reflection before, during, and after the trip.
• Collaborate with fellow participants to design and implement service projects that address community needs.
• Help monitor program progress and ensure service activities are meaningful, effective, and well-organized.
• Act as a liaison between trip advisors, and participants to facilitate communication and coordination.

We are looking for students to join as Organizing Committee members for the following upcoming Service Learning Trips in January 2027.
