當前世界正處於百年未有之大變局，中國特色大國外交奮楫破浪、勇毅前行。本次講座將深入解讀在風雲變幻的國際形勢背景下，新時代中國特色大國外交的理念內涵與實踐創新，展望中國推動構建人類命運共同體的美好前景。
講師個人簡介：
包海斌參贊，外交部駐港公署政研室副主任。畢業於外交學院，曾先後在外交部新聞司、亞洲司、中國駐澳大利亞、肯尼亞使館和駐東盟使團任職，有二十余年外交工作經歷。2021年11月到港工作。
