Focused on editorial decision-making and research reproducibility, this session will explore the key criteria editors use for desk rejection and peer review, helping you better understand the review process. We’ll walk through the post-review stages, including handling minor revisions and acceptance decisions, providing practical insights for authors. Additionally, you will learn essential strategies for preparing manuscripts that ensure scientific rigor and reproducibility, emphasizing the importance of transparent research data publication.

The workshop will also cover critical topics around research integrity, ethics in publishing, and the responsible use of Gen-AI in scientific discovery and manuscript preparation. Whether you're early in your career or an experienced researcher, this session aims to equip you with the knowledge and tools to navigate the complex landscape of scholarly publishing ethically and effectively.
