Who will be sharing?

Practising as a lawyer for over two decades, Pádraig advises on the full range of common issues including licensing, technology procurement and integration, subscription service arrangements, digital asset commercialisation, data protection, cyber, and venture capital and corporate transactions. He is a member of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong, ITechLaw, and Chair of PrivacyRules. He is also a regular speaker on law and technology at various events and writes frequently on key and trending topics.

Qualified lawyer with experience in UK & Asia. Hsiang previously practised at magic circle law firm, Linklaters, where he was also a founding member of legal tech startup, Nakhoda. He currently serves as a steering committee member of the Asia-Pacific Legal Innovation and Technology Association (ALITA). Having had his own startup experience, Hsiang is passionate about making use of his legal and technology expertise to help startup founders navigate through their early stage journey.
