Sharing by an Alumna Aromatherapist: Follow Your Passion and Do What You Love!

It has been proven that people are most creative and happy when they are doing something they enjoy! Many entrepreneurs start their own businesses through this path and you can too.
We are delighted to invite an HKUST alumna to share her passion on Aroma Therapy and how she found joy and meaning through helping others.
Michel Lau is our alumna (BBA ISMT & MBA) and a Senior Manager at a global insurance company, she is also a certified aromatherapist with the Swiss Usha Veda Holistic College, the first holistic college recognized by the Swiss government in Ayur-Veda (alternative therapy).
In this session, Michel will share how she started her journey to become an aromatherapist and the challenges and takeaways from this experience. She will also demonstrate how she develop her “prototype”, or customize essential oil blends to cater to different individual’s needs.
Participants get a chance to try different essential oils onsite too!
