Death is a taboo in our society and we seldom talk about it. We are shocked and do not know how to face and initiate conversation when family and friends unfortunately experience death of their loved ones. It is important that we can learn how to cope with the difficult time and emotions that we can help them to move on and live fuller in their lives. In this workshop, common emotional reactions and grief process would be discussed. Skills to self-help and support peers in facing death and bereavement would also be introduced.
