More Information

Since 2011, the Government has been working hard on improving the air quality and reduce carbon emissions by encouraging the transport trade and other organisations to try out green innovative transport technologies through the Pilot Green Transport Fund. The journey continued 9 years later with another $800M injection to the renamed “New Energy Transport Fund”. This talk will provide an overview on the various green innovative transport technologies introduced over the years, the measurable outcomes, the trial of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in coming years and future plan on larger scale deployment of electric buses and taxis.
