Ms. Reginia Chan
Partner, Deloitte
Reginia has more than 13 years of experience in the Banking and Finance Industry. She is exceptional in communicating with C-levels to envision the end state by applying the right technologies in business transformation to achieve concrete business outcomes. She has led, masterminded many transformational projects, collaborated with senior key stakeholders of customers to deliver the digital, data, process, open banking strategies achieving New-To-Bank, Asset-Under-Management, Net-Promoter-Score and Member-Get-Member business KPIs.
She is experienced in strategizing and planning front to back office transformation and improvement programs all the way from design to execution and implementation.
