Mental health challenges can be overwhelming, and crisis situations can be particularly daunting for individuals experiencing them.
In this workshop, you will
- Learn practical strategies for identifying early warning signs, intervening effectively, and connecting individuals-in-need with appropriate resources
- Acquire the skills to communicate effectively with individuals in crisis and create a safe and supportive environment through interactive activities and case studies
- Explore effective strategies for promoting recovery and resilience in the aftermath of a crisis
- Be equipped with the knowledge and skills to make a positive difference in the lives of those experiencing mental health challenges
