在跨学科科学研究日益增加的背景下，跨学科的人才培养问题得到高度的关注，大学也纷纷在尝试各种不同的跨学科人才培养的方式。但是科学研究和人才培养毕竟遵循不同的逻辑，将跨学科的方式从知识生产移植到人才培养中，将会面临哪些问题和挑战？学科的育人和培养功能与跨学科人才培养之间存在哪些冲突？这些都是值得研究和讨论的问题。
In the context of an increase in transdisciplinary scientific research, the issue of transdisciplinary talent cultivation has received high attention, and universities are also trying various ways to cultivate transdisciplinary talents. However, scientific research and talent cultivation follow different logics. What problems and challenges will be faced when transplanting transdisciplinary approaches from knowledge production to talent cultivation? What conflicts exist between the educational and training functions of disciplines and transdisciplinary talent cultivation? These are all issues worth studying and discussing.
陈洪捷，教育学博士，北京大学教育学院教授，北京大学博雅教授，现任北京大学中国博士教育研究中心主任，《北京大学教育评论》主编、中国高等教育学会理事、中国学位与研究生教育学会研究所专业委员会副主任委员、国务院学位委员会教育学科评议组成员、欧美同学会德奥分会副会长、蔡元培研究会秘书长等。
研究领域包括中国高等教育、德国高等教育，高等教育史等。著有《德国古典大学观及其对中国大学的影响》《中德之间——大学、学人与交流》《博士质量：概念、评价与趋势》《观念、知识和高等教育》等。
Chen Hongjie, Ph.D. in Education, Professor at Graduate School of Education at Peking University, Boya Professor at Peking University and Director of the China Doctoral Education Research Center, Editor-in-Chief of "Peking University Education Review", Director of the China Association of Higher Education, Vice Director of the Association of Chinese Graduate Education, Member of the Education Discipline Evaluation Group of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, and Vice Director of the German Austrian Branch of the Western Returned Scholars Association, Secretary General of Cai Yuanpei Research Association.
His research areas include higher education in China, higher education in Germany, and history of higher education. He has authored works such as German Classical University View and Its Impact on Chinese Universities, University, Scholars, and Exchange between China and Germany, Doctoral Quality: Concepts, Evaluation, and Trends, and Concepts, Knowledge, and Higher Education.

“鸣智教育论坛”由香港科技大学（广州）副校长（教学）办公室，教育创新与实践研究所主办，是教师培训系列活动的组成部分。我们将根据港科大（广州）教育创新探索的需求，邀请相关领域的研究者和实践者做客本论坛，与学校师生和感兴趣的人们分享教育教学实践和研究中的思考、领悟、挑战、问题，并共同探讨应对和解决办法。相关领域包括大学教学改革、高等教育评估与评价、学习科学、课程与教学法、认知心理学、脑科学、神经科学、教育大数据、高等教育国际化，高等教育政策等。
Mingzhi Education Forum
"Mingzhi Education Forum" is hosted by the Institute of Education Innovation and Practice, the Vice President of Teaching and Learning Office, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), VPTLO-IEIP, HKUST(GZ). It is an integral part of a series of teacher training activities. Based on the needs of HKUST (GZ) for educational innovation, we will invite scholars and practitioners in related fields to be guest speakers at this Forum to share thoughts, insights, challenges, problems, and discuss solutions together. Relevant fields include but are not limited to innovation in teaching and learning, higher education assessment and evaluation, learning science, curriculum and pedagogy, cognitive psychology, brain science, neuroscience, education big data, higher education internationalization, and higher education policy.
