Description:

University life can be full of new challenges, changes, and experiences. Some of these are exciting, while others can leave us feeling stressed. The right amount of stress can be beneficial and motivate us to achieve our goals, but too much of it can impair our well-being. In this workshop, we will explore common sources of stress for students and how it can affect both academic performance and mental health. You will learn to recognize signs of stress and discover effective management techniques, including mindfulness practices. Practical tips will be shared for maintaining a balanced and nourishing lifestyle to help you thrive in your university experience without feeling overwhelmed.
