A leadership development workshop based on students' Lumina Spark portrait/report.
You can explore:
- how to apply your Lumina portraits/reports in the workplace,
- the dynamic of your workstyle and how others perceive you, and
- how to flex your own work and communication style to be a more effective leader.
Remarks
If you have not attempted Lumina Spark yet, you will be provided a trial at no cost. The trial takes less than an hour and can be done at your own pace. However, you would need to attend a short debriefing conducted by the Dean of Students Office prior to the workshop to ensure that you can benefit from the workshop.
