HKUST Unicorn Day stands as the university’s premier innovation event, uniting visionary entrepreneurs, global investors, and industry leaders in a dynamic forum for knowledge exchange and collaboration. This flagship initiative drives Hong Kong’s technological transformation while cultivating the next generation of groundbreaking ventures.

Building on last year’s resounding success – which featured 100+ startup showcases, seven parallel pitch sessions, and 1,300+ attendees spanning government, academia, and industry – the 2025 edition will further solidify HKUST’s role as a global innovation hub. More than just a showcase, Unicorn Day serves as a powerful springboard, empowering Hong Kong’s brightest minds to scale their innovations internationally.

By bridging cutting-edge research with real-world commercialization, we’re shaping an ecosystem where ideas become impact, and local startups grow into global contenders.
