Clement has over 24 years’ experience in transport planning, and has worked at varies Arup offices in the UK, Ireland, Hong Kong and the Mainland China. He has extensive international transport planning project experience including Hong Kong, Macau, the Mainland China, the Philippines, Bangkok, Indonesia, Malaysia, the UK, Ireland, Portugal, Australia, India and Jamaica. He is now the Director of Arup leading China Transport Business, Digital Transport, Infrastructure Resilience, and is the East Asia Transport Planning Skills Network Leader.

This sharing will cover recent experience on developing future transport strategy on projects, key aspects/factors to consider. A number of smart transport system and platform development in Hong Kong will be covered, (1) Automatic Parking System development in Hong Kong, and (2) Unmanned Vehicle system to connect between the airport island, Tung Chung and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge border point, as well as (3) Data Platform for transport.
