Final Competition and Award Ceremony of the HKUST-Sino One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition 2022

In line with the school's 30th-anniversary theme, "Together We Empower", the HKUST-Sino One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition provides the tools, funding, and connections needed for entrepreneurial success.

This year, 175 teams of budding entrepreneurs joined us in the competition, with 30 teams advancing to the pitching round to showcase their ideas. And now, the competition turns the spotlight on 9 of the most outstanding teams, who have secured spots to enter the final stage. We can’t wait to see all of our teams in action, presenting their ideas, networking with top industry experts, and building a community with like-minded folks. 

On June 22 (Wednesday), these teams will pitch their innovative concepts to a panel of distinguished judges, as they compete for over $1.5 million in funding, among other in-kind awards. The Competition will be hosted in HKUST's Shaw Auditorium. The event and awards ceremony will also be live-streamed via the competition's official site.
