Description:

Depression is one of the most common mood disorders affecting people in modern society. This workshop aims to raise awareness about depression by discussing its prevalence, symptoms and treatability. Most importantly, it hopes to convey the significance of early intervention. Additionally, a brief introduction to anxiety will also be covered.
