Are you struggling to decide between working for a big name and a small company?
Understanding the benefits and drawbacks of both can help you to make more informed choices in applying for opportunities in your future career. This workshop uses Lumina Spark psychometric assessment to help you navigate the different cultures and environments and how to communicate effectively. Students will learn how to decode the language used by employers and find the perfect job for themselves.
Students will be taught how to use the Lumina Spark model to help them decode job advertisements and understand what employers are really looking for. They will also explore how the Lumina colours relate to popular career choices among HKUST undergraduates, and how they can use this knowledge to make informed decisions about their future career.
