This DESIGN THINKING Workshop will show you how creative and critical thinking can help you organize information and ideas, make the right decisions and focus on formulating impactful solutions.

About The Talk

  • Learn the importance of solution-focused mindset
  • Explore the five phases of design thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test to create human-centered and action-oriented solutions
  • Walk through the iterative processes to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and learn how this processes lead to product and service innovations (e.g. Apple, Google, Samsung, GE, etc.)

 

Speaker

Nick OOI is the lead of Lingnan Entrepreneurship Initiative (LEI). He will invite his team to conduct the lecture and share their insights on design challenges.  They got their qualifications from Stanford University’s Teaching and Learning Studio from the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.School). more
