Kraft-Procesi realized nilpotent orbits for classical groups as orthosymplectic quiver varieties, which are defined as quiver varieties, but replacing products of GL by products of O and Sp. Motivated by study of Coulomb branches, we introduce variants of these, which remove `bad' behavior of nilpotent orbit closures, such as non-irreducibility, non-normality, etc. This talk is based on on-going project with Finkelberg and Hanany.
