*Volunteers should be proficient in English.

With language barriers, ethnic minority students receive less information about study and career planning. The challenge of receiving tertiary education then increases. To fit in the local education system, EM students usually stay after school for extra lessons which shorten the parent-child quality time.
In view of this, 3 students from The Next Changemaker Program are organizing an “HKUST Tour for Diversity” with Yang Memorial Methodist Social Service - Yau Tsim Mong Family Education and Support Centre. Volunteers will guide EM primary students and their parents to explore HKUST and share their life planning experience.
We are currently recruiting HKUST volunteers to facilitate the campus tour and share your university lives with them. Let's build a cultural diversity friendly community!
