Ready to go from circuit to creation? The Center for Engineering Education Innovation (E2I) is hosting a series of Hands-On PCB Workshops!
Ever wonder what the green board inside your phone or computer is? That's a Printed Circuit Board (PCB), and it's the foundation of almost all modern electronics. In these workshops, you'll learn how to design and build one to create your very own custom PCB Night Lamp to take home!
These are recurring, standalone sessions, so you can pick the workshop and date that fits your schedule.
Choose Your Workshop!
1. PCB Design Workshop
- What you'll do: Get a crash course in EasyEDA Pro Edition to design a virtual circuit board—the first step to making your lamp.
- Time: 13:00 - 15:30
- Dates: April 29 (Weds) or April 30 (Thurs)
- ❗ Important: A laptop is required for this session. We also highly recommend bringing a mouse for easier designing!
2. PCB Etching Workshop
- What you'll do: This is where your design becomes reality! You will use our PCB Etching Kit to create your own PCB Night Lamp from a physical board. Best part? You get to take it home with you!
- Time: 10:30 - 12:00
- Dates: April 29 (Weds) or April 30 (Thurs)
