Mr. Phillip KAM
Chief Institute Development Officer (CIDO), The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers

Mr. Philip Kam was appointed as the CIDO of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) in January 2022, and was previously the General Manager, Institute Development of the HKIB. Prior to joining the HKIB, he served as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer for HSBC Global Banking ASP from 2002 to 2017. He was responsible for helping the business manage its risk and governance over 18 countries across Asia Pacific. At HSBC, Mr. Kam has also been supporting the Capital Markets and Global Markets (primary and secondary markets) product lines, within the Global Banking and Markets business.  

Mr. Kenneth CHAN
Vice President, Investment Service, Wealth Management, Personal & Business Banking Group, China CITIC

Kenneth joined the banking industry after graduating from The University of Hong Kong as a management trainee at Standard Chartered Bank. He joined China CITIC Bank International Limited in 2020 as a core member to drive and improve the investment product launching process and enhance customer experience through technological advancement.
