The funding scheme is sponsored by the Government of Zhongshan Municipal City based on an agreement between HKUST and The Zhongshan Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology. The fund is specifically for projects of HKUST members. For more understanding about the funding scheme, Prof. Li QIU, Director of HKUST-Zhongshan Joint Innovation Centre will arrange a briefing session to professors and research staffs of HKUST.
