• Transportation: A shuttle bus will be arranged by the school for transport to the venue. Students are required to leave from the dismissal point at the museum independently.

Schedule:

• 12:45 PM: Meet up at HKUST Starbucks and board the shuttle bus
• 1:00 PM: Shuttle bus departs
• 1:40 PM: Arrive at Hollywood Road
• 2:00 PM: Arrive at Hong Kong Museum of Medical Sciences
• 3:30 PM: End of visit and dismissal

Points to Note Before the Visit:
We endeavour to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please ensure you are in good health on the day of the visit. If you feel unwell or exhibit symptoms (e.g., fever, cough, shortness of breath, vomiting, or diarrhoea), we recommend not participating.

For safety reasons, staff at the Hong Kong Museum of Medical Sciences may deny entry to anyone deemed unfit for participation due to health conditions or symptoms of infectious diseases. The museum will not arrange make-up tours or special accommodations for those unable to participate.

Participants with a body temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be allowed to join the visit.

• Follow the tour guide’s instructions and avoid restricted areas.
• The museum is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the visit.
• Be mindful of your safety and personal belongings; the museum is not liable for loss or damage.
• Eating or drinking (except for water and necessary medications) is not permitted during the visit.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and appropriate social distancing. Please take any litter with you.
• Avoid any actions that could harm the environment or structures during the visit.
