2025 Mobile Stage Test (23 & 26 June 2025)

The 1st Mobile Stage Test for 2025-26 Active Exco Members will take place on 23 June and 26 June 2025 (PM session)! If your student organization plans to borrow and use the mobile stage for activities, representatives are REQUIRED to review a short online teaching video (1:38-2:15) and PASS the Mobile Stage Test. HERE

 

IVP and EVP of the student organization are highly recommended to attend the test and receive the Mobile Stage Loan Card. This activity is organized under Leadership Advancement Program for Student Organizations (LAPSO). Each 2025-26 Exco member's participation, with a "Pass" result, will contribute to their participation score for the LAPSO Award (Outstanding Student Award).

Date:23 June (Monday) and 26 June (Thursday), 2025
From 1430-1700 (10 mins for each session)Test Venue:Tsang Shiu Tim Art HallRegistration:- First-come, first-served by 13 June 2025 (12noon)
- Select a 10-min timeslot between 14:30-17:00 on either 23 June or 26 June
- Do NOT select more than one timeslot as it will take up the quota of other students
- Each society can nominate max. 3 exco members to attend the test and receive the Mobile Stage Loan Card
- If you do not receive a confirmation email by 19 Jun, please contact ssa@ust.hk

(e-Card would not be accepted)Important Remark:- You must watch the online teaching video (1:38-2:15) before you come for the test
- Participants must wear long pants and shoes, no sandals will be allowed
- Late comers will not be entertained
Use of Mobile Stage Loan Card1.       To loan mobile stage(s), students must present the “Mobile Stage Loan Card”.2.       The loan card holder must be present to supervise the set-up of mobile stage in any cases.
