Description:

Through the sharing of real-life experiences and personal stories of emotional healing, participants will explore ways to rebuild inner strength and navigate the journey of recovery from grief and loss. The workshop will enhance understanding of mental distress and practical insights into coping with adversity , while promoting awareness of mental well-being and resilience. The session aims to inspire participants to cherish life and develop a more resilient approach to life's challenges.
