Description:
'Have you ever felt like a fraud, despite your achievements? Do you secretly worry that others will eventually "find out" you are not as competent as they think? If so, you might be experiencing Impostor Syndrome—a psychological phenomenon shared by many high-achievers, particularly in demanding academic environments.
In this seminar, we will demystify Impostor Syndrome and explore its profound connection to our past. We will delve into how our early upbringing, parenting styles, and childhood conditioning inadvertently shaped these deep-rooted habits of self-doubt. More importantly, this session will provide you with evidence-based psychological tools to recognize these triggers in daily life and effectively break the cycle.
