This workshop moves beyond simple "stress tips" to focus on building long-term resilience and more effective study habits. Participants will learn to understand their personal stress responses and identify burnout warning signs. They will develop a personalized toolkit that combines evidence-based stress management techniques with practical study skills to help them thrive under pressure and study more efficiently throughout the semester.
