​What does self-care mean to you? In times of stress, the first thing we drop off is often acts of self-care. Yet, it is often what we need most to keep us physically and mentally well. In this 1.5-hour workshop, we will explore different facets of mental health, what self-care truly means, and different ways to take care of yourself, even during times of stress.
