Description:

Horticultural Therapy is a process led by trained therapists purposefully using plants and gardens in therapeutic activities designed to positively affect a set of defined health outcomes for individuals. Many research findings validated mental heath benefits when it promotes positive feelings, relief from acute stress, and sense of purpose and hope during the process. This workshop start from different levels of understanding life, appreciating life, respecting life, and exploring life. Through an association with your own experiences and important people or things in your life and a hands-on planting activity, the workshop will help you affirm the value and beauty of life, know how to cherish and respect life, and move towards a positive and abundant life.
