SLP: Briefing for Orientation Activities

Together with SU, a briefing on important issues for Orientation Activities will be held online via Zoom on 7th July (Wed), 2:30-3:30pm. Please register by completing the online form on or before 4th July.
The following topics will be included:
- Orientation Activities Safety
- Use of Facilities and Equipment
- Green Activities
- Golden Rules for Orientation Activities Organizers
Remarks:
1. Society that is organizing orientation activities must send at least TWO Exco representatives to attend the briefing.
2. Attendance will be counted towards the Student Leader Program Award Scheme and the societies’ eligibility on booking/use of campus venues, equipment and Professional Zoom Account via SSA during the Orientation Period.
3. Zoom Meeting ID will be sent to registered participants after the registration deadline. Please let us know if you do not receive any confirmation before 12nn, 6 Jul.
