Integration of flexible bioelectronics and biomarker monitoring is a rapidly growing research area driven by its promising potential to assist personal healthcare and sustainable environmental managements. Flexible technology introduces novel devices by merging materials science, device manufacture, and medical application. Here, we have developed a biofuel-powered soft electronic skin for multiplexed wireless perspiration analysis, that can selectively measure a wide spectrum of sweat analytes including glucose, uric acid, and urea, to provide insightful individual`s health information. On the other hand, flexible robotic electronics that mimic and surpass human sensing capabilities is critical to support the further robotic applications. Till now, integrating ultrasensitive physical and chemical sensors for in situ analytic sensing is rather extremely challenging and underdeveloped. We have developed fully-printed soft human-machine interface for robotic physicochemical sensing, which can perform proximity sensing, tactile and temperature perceptual mapping, alongside real-time hydrogel-assisted electrochemical sampling and analysis of chemical threat and biohazards (e.g. SARS-CoV-2 virus).

柔性生物电子在生物医学工程领域有着广阔的发展前景,包括个人健康监测,疾病早期诊断治疗以及医疗机器人等领域。柔性电子集合了材料科学,工程设备制造,医学应用等多个方面,并体现出独特的应用前景。研究工作主要聚焦于柔性生物电子在可穿戴健康监测,生物质自供能装置,及柔性人机交互界面等三个方面的研究。首次提出了一种全生物质供能的可穿戴多模式传感装置,这种装置可以对于人体汗液中的代谢产物进行实时分析,反应人体代谢状态,并且此装置完全由汗液本身进行供能并通过蓝牙通讯无线传递数据。与此同时,基于喷墨打印技术制作了一种多模式传感电子皮肤,将电子皮肤分别置于机械端与人体控制端,在人工智能的帮助下通过获取不同手势的肌电信号实现高效的人机交互。这种机械手上的电子皮肤不仅可以给机械手提供触觉信息,还可以提供环境的特定有害物质的化学信息,如爆炸物,神经毒气以及病毒等。

Dr. You Yu is an Assistant Professor in the School of Biomedical Engineering at ShanghaiTech University. He recieved his Ph.D. degree at 2017 in Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After that, he worked as a postdoctoral research associate in the department of Medical Engineering at California Institute of Technology. He is awarded by Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program, Shanghai Academic Research Leader, MINE Young Scientist Award by Microsystems & Nanoengineering, Young Scientist Award by China Association for Science and Technology (CAST). He has published over 20 peer reviewed journal articles with over 1800 citations, including Sci. Robotic. (2), Adv. Mater., Sci. Adv., IEEE JSSC. His research is concentrated on the development and application of soft bioelectronics and medical robotics.

 

个人介绍:于游博士,上海科技大学生物医学工程学院助理教授,研究员,博士生导师。2017年于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所获得分析化学博士学位,随后在加州理工学院医学工程系进行博士后研究。于游博士入选国家高层次青年人才,上海市浦江人才,上海市领军人才,并获得微系统与纳米工程青年科学家奖(MINE Young Scientist Award),中国新锐科技人物等奖项。研究兴趣集中于柔性生物电子,可穿戴传感器,人机交互,生物燃料电池等领域。目前已在相关领域期刊发表高水平论文20余篇,H因子18,近五年引用超1800次,包括 Sci. Robotic. (2篇), Adv. Mater., Sci.Adv., IEEE JSSC 等。并受邀撰写国际出版社著作章节1章。
