However, we may at times be held back or overwhelmed by social anxiety - a common challenge faced by many university students. In this talk, you can learn practical strategies drawn from evidence- based psychological approaches to help you overcome social challenges and receive tips for setting social goals, taking small steps to expand social circle, initiating, and maintaining relationships.
