Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccination Catch-up Programme

The Department of Health (DH) has launched the one-off Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccination Catch-up Programme to eligible female Hong Kong residents born between 2004 and 2008. Each eligible person can receive two doses of the vaccine for free.
Eligibility
- Female students studying in the HKUST who were born between 2004 and 2008 and;
- Hong Kong residents with valid Hong Kong identity card and;
iii. Have never received HPV vaccination or have not completed 2-dose schedule of HPV vaccination and;
- Have already registered or agree to register Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHealth).
Pre-enrollment
There is limited quota for the vaccination. To secure your spot for vaccination, you are required to complete the pre-enrolment.

Reminders
★ Students who have received 2 doses of HPV vaccination before are deemed as completion of the 2-dose
schedule and are therefore not eligible to participate in this HPV Catch-up Programme.
★ Individuals who do not meet the above eligibility criteria but interested in HPV vaccination, please call
2537 6063 for inquiries.
Vaccination
Eligible applicant who received the vaccination confirmation e-mail, please bring along your own valid HKID card, valid HKUST student card and vaccination record card (if any), and receive the vaccination at the designated venue during the designated date and time

Remarks
1. For immunocompetent females, a 2-dose schedule is recommended, with an interval of 5-13 months between two doses.
- If you fail to present your own valid HKID card and valid HKUST student card on the day of the vaccination, you are not allowed to participate in this programme. Expired/ copy/ electronic copy of HKID card and HKUST student card will not be accepted.
- 3. Vaccine will not be reserved if you are unable to receive the vaccination during the designated period.
- 4. The date of the programme may be subject to change under special circumstances and participants will be notified by email.
- 5. Should there be any dispute about this programme, the organizer reserves the right to the final decision.
