Ever notice how your voice sounds different when you’re calm, excited, or under pressure? This workshop invites you to explore how sound—through both voice and musical instruments—can help you release stress and express emotion. You’ll experiment with tone, rhythm, and resonance in a playful, non-judgmental space, discovering how sound can shift your mood and energy. Together, we’ll turn ordinary sounds into creative expression, building confidence, resilience, and connection.
