Pre-enrollment
There is limited quota for HPV vaccination. To secure your spot for vaccination, you are required to complete the pre-enrolment.
Date & Time:
1-16 Sept 2025 (10:00am – 3:00pm)
Enrolment Method:

- A confirmation email will be sent on 18 Sept 2025 to applicants who has successfully been granted with a vaccination quota
Reminder:
★ This HPV Vaccination Campaign is applicable to valid HKUST card holders ONLY.
★ Department of Health has launched a free HPV Vaccination Catch-up Programme for eligible female students born between 2004-2008, please refer to the relevant poster for details.
Vaccination:
Successful applicants who received the vaccination confirmation e-mail, please bring along your own valid HKUST card, together with HKD$1,600 cash and receive vaccination at the designated venue during the designated date and time.
