In recent years, nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) has emerged as a popular topic in discussions about anti-aging. But how does NMN work, and what does the science say about its effectiveness? In this talk, Prof. Robert Ko from the Division of Life Science will explore the anti-aging potential of NMN and examine the current research surrounding it, providing insights into its role in the quest for longevity.
