The audition for adult roles is open to the HKUST Community, including Students, Staff, Alumni and Campus Residents.

* The applicants will be notified via email about the specific audition time, location and grouping details.

Show Information*
Venue: Shaw Auditorium, HKUST
- March 22, 2025 (Sat)    19:30

Performed in English 
* The title of the musical will be announced shortly.

Rehearsal Schedule (Tentative)

2-3 practices per week

* Rehearsals will not be arranged during Christmas and Chinese New Year holidays.

About HKUST Community Musical

The HKUST musical holds a significant place in the hearts of music and drama enthusiasts in the HKUST community. It serves as a platform that brings together the creative talents of passionate students, dedicated staff and accomplished alumni, resulting in the outstanding production of Broadway musicals in the past.

In 2021, HKUST unveiled the stunning Shaw Auditorium—a cutting-edge venue that has redefined the performing arts landscape on campus. With this exciting development, the Shaw Auditorium Unit proudly brought back the musical The Music Man in March 2024, extending its reach to the broader community.  Building on this success, the Shaw Auditorium Unit will continue to uphold the legacy of the musical tradition for the HKUST Community.
