Li Xueyao, Professor of Koguan School of Law, Director of the Law and Cognitive Intelligence Laboratory at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the person in charge of the Education Legislation Advisory Base. He was selected as a member of the National Ten Thousand Talents Program (Young Top Talents), the "New Century Outstanding Talents" of the Ministry of Education, and the Shanghai Dawn Scholar. He is mainly engaged in safety supervision of frontier technology, legislation on higher education and technological innovation, the legal profession and judicial reform.

Shang Junjie, tenured Associate Professor and Research Professor, serves as Director of the Lab of Learning Sciences at Peking University. He is an adjunct Associate Professor of the Faculty of Education in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the President of the China Educational Technology Association Professional Community on Digital Game-based Learning, and the Vice President of the National Computer Based Education Society.

Wang Yusong, Director of Smart City Solutions in South China Region at Baidu, is responsible for the smart city projects in the South China region under Baidu's AI Cloud Group (ACG). He has worked at well-known companies such as Hikvision and Huawei, covering various fields including autonomous driving, connected vehicles, big data, and artificial intelligence. Wang Yusong has 11 years of experience in planning and implementing smart city solutions.
