SYNOPSIS故事大綱:
Continuing a wave of recent films exploring Asian immigrant experiences in the US, writer-director Lee Isaac Chung dramatizes his own childhood growing up in 1980s rural Arkansas. Jacob moves his wife and two young children to a small country farm. Arriving from Seoul to take care of their sickly young son, Jacob’s mother-in-law initially exacerbates their stressful home-life, but her traditional worldview soon proves a welcome grounding influence.

水芹傍水而生，可作泡菜，離家萬里仍能茁壯成長。六歲韓裔男孩舉家從城市搬到郊區，只為父親孤注一擲開墾菜園，卻苦無水源，屋簷下矛盾叢生。男孩先天心漏，不敢奔跑，前來照料的外婆爛口嗜賭不懂煮食，竟令瀕臨破裂的家庭重新凝聚。美籍韓裔導演鄭一朔，取材童年經歷，由《燒失樂園》（43屆）史蒂文元演繹上一代移民的挫折與掙扎，《神女觀音》（40屆）尹汝貞飾演粗魯外婆更是畫龍點睛。

DISEASE PREVENTION MEASURES 防疫措施

• A temperature check is arranged at entrances. The audience with fever symptoms will be denied entry and should seek immediate medical advice. 
  觀眾進入場地前須接受體溫檢測，若有發燒症狀，將不得進場，並建議盡快求醫。 
• Masks must be worn at all times in the venue. 
  場地內必須佩戴自備的口罩。 
• Special seating arrangements and capacity control have been implemented. Please follow the seating instruction of the CFA staff.

• Hand sanitizers are provided in the venue.
