Student Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ) Lucky Draw 2025-2026 Round 2

Building on the positive response to the Student Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ) initiative in the AY25/26 Fall Term, we warmly invite you to share your valuable feedback by completing the SFQs for courses you have taken in the AY25/26 Spring Term. Your input plays an important role in supporting the continued enhancement of our outreach initiatives and student experience.
To thank you for your participation, eligible students will be entered into the Round 2 Lucky Draw for a chance to win a Coffee Shop Coupon by completing the following steps:
- Step 1: Complete all your AY25/26 Spring Term SFQs, and
- Step 2: Share your thoughts by 10 June 2026 (Wednesday).
Students who have submitted and qualified for both AY25/26 Fall Term (Round 1) and AY25/26 Spring Term (Round 2) lucky draws will automatically be entered into the Final Round: Grand Prize Draw, with a chance to win a tablet or other exciting rewards.
Reminder: Most AY25/26 Spring Term SFQs will close on 9 May 2026 (Saturday). Survey periods may vary slightly by course, so please refer to your email notifications for specific start and end dates. Each survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete, giving you a quick and meaningful way to make your voice heard while standing a chance to win prizes.
