LET'S END THE CYCLE OF FOOD WASTE NOW!

Our UST Food team of the Green Team is organizing a booth to collect surplus mooncakes for redistributing. Feel free to come by to drop off or collect some to avoid wasting these precious treats.

Our display with a collection box will be located in the Academic Concourse outside LT-K from 13 September (Tuesday) to 16 September (Friday) 2022. In addition, another collection box will be placed outside the Sustainability/Net-Zero office (Room 5613, Lift 31/32) from 13 to 20 September 2022.

All the remaining surplus food will be donated to Food Angel. We only accept food in good condition, packaged, not expired, and that does not require refrigeration.
