It's a wonderful way to preserve the flavors of the harvest. So why not treat yourself by making your own jam? It's going to be a delightful experience!

*If you have your own jar and over-ripe fruits that you were planning to discard (if any), we kindly request that you bring them to our workshop. We sincerely appreciate your small efforts in recycling and contributing to our sustainability goals!

Here's what we'll provide on-site:

Materials:

  1. Fruits (The specific types will depend on the available over-ripe fruit supply at the Fusion and your preferences indicated in the Qualtrics survey, but rest assured, there will be enough materials!)
  2. Sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice

 

Equipment:

  1. Spoons
  2. Knife and cutting board
  3. Pot
  4. Jars with lids
