Volunteer@Cambodian Children's Fund (Hong Kong) Gala Dinner 2026 (7 Nov)

Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) is a Non-Government Organization based in Cambodia which transforms the country's most impoverished kids into tomorrow's leaders, by delivering education, family support and community development programs into the heart of Cambodia’s most impoverished communities. CCF is going to hold a Gala Dinner in Hong Kong to celebrate the impactful efforts of their supporters, their achievements of the past year, and to continue providing life-enhancing opportunities for the children under CCF care. This event is crucial to fund raising to support the education and welfare of vulnerable children in Cambodia.

Time: 4:30 - 11:30 pm
Venue: Wong Chuk Hang

Role1: Event support
Requirement:
- Fluent English required

Duties:
- Supporting event logistics, guest registration, and fundraising activities

Role2: Tech support
Requirement:
- Must be familiar with AV equipment

Duties:
- Assisting with PowerPoints, Video, and Audio

# You are required to attend the entire service duration(the duration include briefing, service & debriefing)
# You are required to pick Role 1 or Role 2.
# You may participate in both days (6&7 Nov).

Remark:1. [HMAW1905] This is a recognized event in the "Self-directed Experience" component of HMAW1905: Behavioral Foundations of University Education: Habits, Mindsets, and Wellness. To receive your participated hours, you must attend the event in full and miss no more than 10 mins.

2. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email from connect@ust.hk, and will be able to find their application status listed as "Confirmed" on the Social Career portal/app.

3. Upon completion of the service, the actual service hours will be subjected to the confirmation of the partner association.

4. Break and food will be provided for volunteers during your service period.

5. Please wear a black T-shirt, black trousers and black shoes.

6. You may join both Pre-Event Auction Prize Management on 6 Nov and The Annual Gala on 7 Nov.
