Time:

2:30pm - 4:00pm

Description:

New semester brings fresh beginnings, but it can also be a time when stress, confusion, and loneliness creep in. Facing academic demands, relationships, choices about the future, and self-expectations, we might find ourselves asking: What truly matters in life? When hit by loss, setback, or uncertainty, how do we continue to live well?

Centering on the core theme of "Living Well and Flourishing," this workshop guides students to reflect on their own life experiences through interactive reflection, group sharing, and meaning-of-life exploration. Together, we will discover your inner resources and explore the people, things, beliefs, and values that keep you moving forward. You will learn to find direction amidst uncertainty, cherish the present, and face life’s ups and downs with greater gentleness and resilience.
